你知道嗎?肥胖不僅讓身材走樣,還可能讓哮喘“雪上加霜”!哮喘與肥胖就像“難兄難弟”,互為“幫兇”,今天,在世界哮喘日來臨之際,咱們就來聊聊如何通過體重管理,讓哮喘患者也能暢快呼吸。

為什么胖人更容易“喘”?

哮喘是常見的慢性呼吸道疾病,癥狀包括反復(fù)咳嗽、胸悶、喘息等。而肥胖(BMI≥28)與哮喘的關(guān)系,就像“火上澆油”:

脂肪壓迫呼吸:腹部脂肪堆積像“沙袋”壓在肺部,直接影響肺部的正常擴(kuò)張和收縮,讓呼吸更費(fèi)力;
